The Vines Resort - Golf Course

Great golf course, front nine has plenty of bunkers but fairways are pretty wide. Loads of fun

The receptionist girl at the golf pro shop quiet rude ... she had piercing on her nose. Make me feel unwelcome. So we decided to asked for refund she also refused it. We came here not just one time. But today very dissapointed ... just ruin the day as we were so excited to play golf.

The Ellenbrook course is designed really well and is very challenging. Although when we went the greens were getting cored and sanded hence the scoring was a bit off. All in all a very good experience. The drink carts came around regularly so that was a bonusGood to play once in a while. But avoid when there is coring and sanding in progress as it will hamper your enjoyment of the game.

Great layout to both course. A pity about there lack of care and preparation to a National tournament being held. Greens were ridiculous and needs to be cut and rolled several times take them acceptable. Massive bunkers that can't be maintained by the greenkeepers. Constant wet areas around greens that makes approach shots and chipping adventurous to say the least. Could be a really good course. But it looks as though they are struggling for money and are going to sell off 9 holes to housing development in the near future. When will they learn?

Course is in great condition fairways were running nicely and the greens were fantastic, good speed. Great flow of the course considering it was really busy

I've also had bad experiences with the girls [one with ugly nose pearcing] on the desk being rude and obnoxious. The self righteous attitude is very belittling and shouldn't represent the vines goals as a company.The course is nice but always delays on tee times with traffic jams.Save your money go elsewhere.

Very bad experience. Had a 2pm tee time, when we got to the tee 10 mins before there was a que of 3 in front of us with one group telling us they had a 2pm tee time aswell. 30/40 mins later we teed off.Every tee box we got to there was at least a 10 min delay before we could go. After nearly 5 hours on the course we decided to give up only playing 13 holes. This was supposed to be a birthday treat for my father in law.Also the tee boxes were an absolute disgrace, I've been on better public courses, which cost a 3rd of the price.We went to the clubhouse to get some drink and food only to find, u guessed it another que with probably 20 people in front of us. I guess as there was only one person behind the bar, what would you expect.I've emailed the office to express my disappointment but got no reply.I will not be returning.

My wife and I had lunch at the restaurant in the vines main bar. The service from the staff was above and beyond fantastic. Bree the supervisor was very professional. A fantastic experience and great atmosphere from all the staff.
