Family owned and run, the HUGE store has everything you need for your best friend.The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the store is clean and tidy, and they stock a massive range to delight even the most discerning pet.Newly established doggy day care out the back, ample parking out the front, competitive prices inside.Highly recommended!

The Best Pet Store to go into, Always take my puppies Crumpet and Fruitloop inside with me, they love the place, huge range a products to keep any pet happy and fed, prices are great, Friendly and Very Helpful Staff that always greet my girls with doggy treats an pats, only pet shop I’ll visit now on Gold Coast, locally owned an operated so always happy to support local owned businesses over corporate owned pet shops

Our furry family is very lucky to have found Bernie’s!We feel like they are an extension of our little tribe- they look after our puppy like she is their own; the love, care and education of our Pepperoni has been critical in her development. She adores being dropped there and seeing her with her little pack on their socials has filled us with joy and ease. She has so much fun, can’t wait to go and is always exhausted when we pick her up.All of the staff are true passionate professionals who will always go above and beyond.You MUST visit.You won’t be disappointed ❤️Bernie’s for the win!!

Josh and the whole Bernie's team are fabulous. Very accomodating and friendly.Frank Elvis love going, but he is pretty buggered after a full day socialising, playing and sniffing his buddies.Bernies is very easy to get to, tons of parking for drop off and pick up.Pricing is very, very reasonable, Bernies Daycare is at the back of the store, the front is a fully stocked pet supermarket.A great place, well worth giving Bernie's a try.Peter, Irlange and Frank.

I love the range of cat furniture, and their pet tags are lovely and a reasonable price. I did however, have an older male staff member tell me I was too late to have a water test done for my aquarium. He back tracked when I told him my husband had been sent home to get a water test before they would sell him what I asked for, which was Ammo Lock. The young staff member had plenty of time to do the test and even time to discuss results. It was just a little off-putting. Had it been 5 minutes till closing, I would have understood.

My favourite Gold Coast pet shop! The staff have a genuine love of pets and are so friendly. The place is like a little local family owned pet shop with everything and more for your pet.Service is so helpful, warm and welcoming.

Great alternative to the chain versions. Good products and range. Attentive staff and nice and clean. Bought a cat tower from them at a reasonable price. His lordship approves
