Immature, unprofessional.Attended an open today, agent never showed up. Called to ask if anyone was coming, no answer.Return call, agent states: there was an error, it was listed on the wrong day. NO apology, Now I understand mistakes happen, but it is a humans error, so acknowledge that. As soon as you found out, you get someone in a car and to the property, not a hard thing to do.The fact the agent didn't even say the word sorry is pretty immature and unprofessional, someone from your office scheduled the open, the least you could do is acknowledge YOUR mistake.Do better! If an apology was made, this review would have never been left, but I just wasted half an hour driving, just to drive 30 minutes home.

I'm so happy the owners of the property I'm renting transferred ownership from Raywhite Logancity to Algester.I went through maybe 6 agents at Logan and had the worse time lodging maintenance requests and organising inspections. In fact, the other branch had ruined my expectation and brand name of Ray White for me.Boom! Then Leah saves the day by her amazing work ethic, attentiveness and professionalism.No request i made felt too inconvenient for her to manage, or left to archive for later. It feels so weird (yet thankful), to have one agent who replies same business day, actions requests, is on time for inspections and follows up with contractors for maintenance issues. Not only is she good for the investment owner, but also for the renter.She even helped ring around many places to organise a seperate recycle bin and had the request sent to the concil and delivered within 2 business days, when it took Logan like 1 year to even find out the body cooperate name of the unit complex lol.Very happy with Leah, because of her we will renew our lease and continue through Raywhite.

Tak was able to help us purchase our home at auction. He went out of his way to make sure we had all the information we needed prior to auction and also was ever eager to help all the way through to settlement. Would definitely recommend as an agent.

Takeshi Takenaka.I knew him personally so it was an easy recommendation for me to make, even more so now with how quickly he turned it around and above market value (Termite damaged and as it turns out highest price for a 3 bedroom on that street).
