Don't find them helpful at all , waiting over a month and asked 4 times to have a pool cleaner fitted , never get call backs , promises not kept .pool was paid in full to be cleaned and never done properly. I can't recomend them.

The guys went above and beyond when it came time to deliver the spa.Even returning once we were ready to set it, showing us the ins and outs of the system.It was a great experience compared to what we were put through by another Melbourne based company who were nothing but ENDLESS trouble.So if you need a pool or spa buy local as the service is second to none.

Unfortunately, seemed friendly but actually a facade. Was a big waste of time. Was hoping for some advice and upgrade help on one of their installations but due to the bad communication that kept me waiting for months, I gave up on this company. I always try to support local business but when they are as bad as this, as soon as they are gone the better. There are plenty of rersources available now to D.I.Y and you'll save a fortune and get a much better result as noone cares as much as you. Luckily donosaur companies like these are doing a great job of self-extinction.

Gone in here a few times for pool chemistry help. Find their knowlege limited and not helpful in any way. Could do with some customer service skills also.

I hired these guys to move a hot tub I purchased in Sunshine and needed it transported to Geelong area and then craned over a fence into my back yard. I cannot say enough nice things about the service, friendliness, and professionalism. Really knew what they were doing, took utmost care of my Spa and excellent communication. Even took time out to help educate me on setup and basics of chemical balancing. Just generally nice guys you could trust and have a beer with on a Sunday afternoon who loved their job and the people they help on a daily basis. Thanks guys!

Greg and Rod are the Geelong area Pool and Spas experts. Over the years we have purchased a large Swim Spa, an In ground pool with the works! and more recently a great Spas.The service is courteous, professional and have a great sense of humour. They are competitively priced with Australian products which I think is important. The after purchase service is excellent and any maintenance needs dealt with immediately. A lot of companies disappear after or before pool installed but these guys are the best and here for the long term!

Greg and Rod are two of the nicest people one could ever hope to meet. They saw our pool through the entire process, with one or the other on-site at all times whilst construction was underway. We are delighted with the finished product and to make matters even better there were no hidden costs. The quote was the cost. They project managed the whole process and recommended, then worked with the landscaper and the fencing people to ensure our pool is of the highest standard.
