The staff is good. But it took the whole year to build my house. think again before you choose this builder

be careful before choosing this builder. do your homework properly it may seem cheap in the beginning but if you do the maths correctly it actually isn't . be careful before choosing this builder. cheap design and material, anything else is a costly upgrade , highly inflexible (wouldn't consider any kinds of mods or even slight changes) very disappointed.

My house with Thrive home settled last September. When they handed over the key. They did not provide Permit of occupation of certificate. Then I contacted with them. At December, one staff send me an email said she will do it after Christmas and new year. Then another three months pass. I still got nothing, nor permit of OC or OC, and each time I call her no matter directly or transfer from their mother company Rawson, i can’t reach her.This company has poor serveice, even I want to complain about the gap between my house’s foundation and soils under it, I have no path to do so.

Dont run such a big business if you cant afford to have enough staff, even to just reply to an email. Never get a proper response back, keeping clients waiting for months. Worst builder always delays with one problem after another. Would never deal with these bunch and never recommend to anyone else.

Was not happy with the quality of service. They were not willing to help us out in any way to make the process easier as first home buyers and made it very difficult. We Ended up pulling out and they kept our deposit. Would not recommend to anyone in the future!

I made an appointment over the phone with Hamish for Saturday at 11 o’clock. My husband and I drove over 2 hours from Sydney to find the Huntlee office closed. My bad really, as I left two voicemails for Hamish in the week to confirm the appointment and he never responded. Luckily there are plenty of other building companies in the area.

I have been chasing sales team from last 2 weeks, its really really hard to talk to them, they disconnected my phone ones, in between call. I am done, will find something else, they should increase the resources or hire good sales people current ones will destroy their business....

The plans are very old school, I wonder if they have any architect there

We had a great start with Thrive Homes. The sales person was great, shared his vast knowledge of new homes and we felt this is the builder for our first home.However, the pre-construction administrator (the next contact person that we are dealing with after we signed the contract and paid our deposit) seemed not interested to keep the client happy. She replied to your email whenever she wanted, not keeping you updated and basically we currently dont know when the construction is going to start. We could have our home built by 2022 for all we know.Really appreciate the call from the operations manager to rectify the above issue. Hopefully the situation can and will improve in the future.The construction team was really good, especially the construction supervisor, John. He updates me every step of the way and was up front with us, and delivered what he promised us. In the end, we were quite happy with our whole experience with Thrive Homes.

Great experience for our first home. Staff are always accomodating. Our site manager Josh is always updating us with the building progress. We are so happy that we moved in 1 month advance from our expected move in date.
