Super Gloss Accident Repair Centre

Visited this place immediately after a car accident in the area (feeling quite stressed and overwhelmed) and was met with some super kind and helpful people. Chris assisted me with getting my car in safely and Alexia at reception was very helpful with sorting out my insurance claim. I felt very well looked after and there was clear communication from the start. Grateful to have found such great service, including the generosity of a loan car. Repairs all done to perfection and my car looks better than before. Can't say enough good things about this company. Would definitely recommend and would use again without a doubt. Thanks guys :)

I called and was told to come in to get a quote for a simple job.I drove there, staff members were dismissive, *barely* looked at the car, and told me that a certain repair person could fix it next day but they would get a quote to me. They called him, no answer. I was told to leave and that reception would call me in 15 minutes with a quote and confirmation of the job. After not hearing from them for an hour, I reached out to another service who responded to my enquiry, gave me a quote, and completed the job within 24 hours. Still haven't heard from Super Gloss Accident Repair Centre.Oh, and as I drove up, a gross, pervy man in a shirt that said take me to your bedroom!" was leering at young women walking down the street. C'mon."

Wow, what a top job Supergloss did on my car. It looks brand new. The communication and follow ups received from Alexia the owner were above expectations. Highly recommended panel shop for quality work and stand out service.

I approached Supergloss to repair a fairly bad scrape that had become visibly quite rusty. Alexia was very helpful in sorting out a quote and getting me booked in. When Kefah handed my car back to me I was stoked at what a fantastic job he and the team had done. The work was spotless, and I appreciated that he spent the time with me to explain the process that ensured the best possible result.The price was fair and my car was ready on-time with their estimate. Some of the panels on our cherished ride needed a cosmetic makeover and we were on the search for a reliable shop who wouldn't charge a fortune. We went around and talked to several other panel shops but something about Chris clicked!He gave us a great deal that couldn't be compared to what others quoted. We were even given a loan car which Alexia made sure was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized inside out! As the work required about three weeks to be completed Chris invited us to drop by and see the progress.Chris and Alexia have been an absolute pleasure to work with and we shall definitely go back! Chris and the team did an amazing job spraying and fitting a mtech body-kit (front bumper, side skirts and rear bumper) to my 2012 BMW f20 116i Pre LCI. The paint work was a perfect match. Great work guys really happy with the finish, Thanks heaps!
