Peppers Silo Launceston

Super groovy room. Love the decor and shape of the silo. Good room service menu and great service overall. Great place for a romantic stay and great views on the beautiful Launceston rivers.

Great hotel, good space of the room and bathroom. Would like to see more options in the restaurant.

Stayed here for three nights in a twin river room. The room itself is quite spacious and ideal for families. The food in the hotel restaurant was phenomenal! Absolutely delicious. Customer service staff at the lobby were always friendly and warm.The only negative experience was housekeeping continuously not replenishing items, and us having to keep requesting this on a daily basis.Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent. A beautiful room with a spectacular view. Staff eager to go the extra mile. Attention to detail (e.g the jugs of water for frosted windscreens, tassie milk tea and coffee and throw on bed).

I stayed 1 night at Peppers, i loved the views, there is a big park nearby for those who want to bribg children. The beach views are so great. Room service is efficient and the design for the hotel (silos) is unique and nice

From the minute we walked through the door, we could tell it was special.From the kind reception staff. Our room was superb.But to top it of was the Grains of Silo restaurant. Dinner on Sunday night was superb.Bonny was very professional, as was the whole team.All up, we couldn't fault our stayWe think we have found our perfect place to stay in LauncestonWell done to everyone

River view room was amazing, very friendly staff, took the hotel dog for a walk which was an absolute highlight for our 4 year old daughter! The restaurant called the grains was a 10/10 food and service excellent. The kids picking platter for $12 was a win for my daughter. It’s also across the road from a brilliant kids playground.

Fantastic hotel. Stayed for a couple of nights for a business trip. The rooms are spacious, stylish and modern. There is a nice assortment of complementary teas etc. and the view of the river is pleasant. Dined in the restaurant, the meal was nourishing and the dishes on offer were original with exciting tastes. I would definitely return the next time I'm in Launceston - or indeed travel to Launceston to return!

Avoid room 609. Constantly hear the lift going up and down plus there is some sort of knocking noise when the lift stops. Cannot sleep in and relax with the lift noise.Our room was not dusted/cleaned when we checked in. We had to ask reception to send someone to vacuum the carpet. We bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room ourselves. The cleaner supposed to be attending to our room, appeared to only change the bedding and put clean towels in the bathroom, didn’t clean or dust anything else. The room is the worst we have stayed in.Staff at the restaurant were friendly. Staff working in the casual cafe area, didn’t smile much and seemed to not want to be there.Wouldn’t stay here again.

Fabulous hotel to stay in, great restaurant & Bistro with plenty of space to relax with a drink. Breakfast is off the menu with good selection choices Rooms quite roomy & modern. Close to CBD, parks & walking trails. Definitely recommend ….
