Very helpful and friendly staff. Even when Bosch denied a warranty claim when a part failed SCA replaced it at no extra cost!

Dont bother with click and collect. completely useless- after days of waiting and chasing up customer service for my order, finally got text message notification that order was picked. Went to store and staff had not picked order and were under the impression it was to be delivered. Wast of my time. Could easily have just got my stuff from elsewhere which is what I will do in the future

Fantastic service by Gary, who called to inform me there was an issue with my online pick up order, he offered to get the product from another store, but I needed it asap so he gave me a similar product for the same price. Well done Gary for your excellent customer service skills and everyone at the Hastings store for always being helpful and friendly
