Action Workforce

The worst company to work for. They will tell you the different job and when u go to actual site they will give you different job. They didn’t even pay me for my shift and I will complaint against them. Never get recruited through them you won’t get your pay

Worst recruitment agency!! Just had a phone call from a lady from action workforce asking if I was looking for work. I asked for which company and payrates she wasn't willing to answer any of my questions. Before I was finished talking she hung up. It's amazing yous are still an open company an I bet yous go through alot of court complaints and unfair work situations. Because it's terrible how yous are!!

Here it is again so the public can be made aware of this horrible place.Edit to add: Diarna specifically - rude, obnoxious, unprofessional, has a god complex. Takes shifts away for ‘no shows’ without following up on anything. Speaks to you like you’re a dog.Doesn’t follow up emails, and claims things without any proof because they won’t respond to emails and insist on phone calls only. Convenient.Do yourself a favour if Action tries to interview you - RUN THE OTHER WAY. Any other recruitment agency is better than this place.Recruiters here are a joke and treat their staff like second rate citizens. God forbid someone injures themselves and can’t come back to work for a few weeks and is treated like you’re taking a holiday (without pay, of course because that’s what makes a holiday great) when you can hardly move.Oh, that’s right. Sorry - they weren’t getting their commission because all you are to them are a number in their pockets.Absolute joke. Pathetic.

This agency has the funniest staff ever omg.So here what happend, I applied for a job, and someone called me without telling me her name and talking in such a funny accent, So basically, I asked her what's your name and she said why? And she hanged up on me, Anyone who is looking for a work Don't come across this agency" I don't wanna be rude and say negative words but the staff acts like a kids over here.0/10"

If I could give 0 stars I would.Extremely rude staff. They have absolutely no respect or regard for us. I am always preparing myself for the rude staff before I call. Don't even get me started on Payroll staff. They are the WORST of all of them. I have never seen anyone have such disrespect. They're always stuffing up payslips so please check them every week. First week at Linfox, they did not pay me. I rang Action the next day and asked what's going on. They said you need to ask the Supervisor on site. So i did. Only for her to tell me she sent my timesheet in and the rest is on Action. When i called back, they lied and said we dont go by paper time sheets

This agency assured me that if I quit my permanent job I’d start next day. Quit my job and sat at home for 3 days. Absolutely worst communication kept telling me they’ll call me or send me a message of my start time. had enough so I called them only for them to tell me that the position I applied for is filled and there’s nothing they can do about. With Christmas around the corner im sitting here jobless because of them.

The only reason I give 5 stars to Action Workforce is all because of this one beautiful lady name Jane Mataio. Jane never fails to check on me and make sure that I enjoy and happy with what I'm doing. She always makes time to listen whenever I call . Such a beautiful person that always cares about us casual.. Now I got a permanent job . From the bottom of my heart I like to thank you Jane for the great opportunity that I work under your care .Thankyou as well action work force agency for having me as a casual for good 4 years .❤

Never found a more helpful Recruiter, I’ve been dealing with Diarna for quite some time now and I must say that she goes above and beyond helping and assisting myself and other colleges I know of. Diarna is very courteous, prompt with all of her responses and she follows up on my calls as well as emails. Diarna conducts herself in a professional manner and I recommend anyone to deal with Diarna.

One Star is too much!!Went for interview. They said will call but they didn't call so I called them saying how was my interview but told be that I was forbidden to work through this agency. Asked them why i was forbidden but they said they cannot tell me. I asked for reason for rejection but the lady i spoke to was very very rude, just because I asked the reason??? (I cired a lot that afternoon) if i didn't met their criteria why asked to come for interview in first place?? Just to waste time?
