I dealt with a guy called Mick who assured me with a quote over the phone that he would do a job for a certain amount and that he was not the type of business to underquote. On the day of the job he claims that steam cleaning was a separate amount. Completely misleading and dishonest trying to gouge for more money on the day. We told him to leave as I don't like being ripped off or lied to. We found another company to do the same job for original quote. Mick promised a refund of my deposit given he was not forthcoming about his prices. It has been two weeks and he has just ignored all my texts.I'd stay away from this company. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
