He's great at what he does and is very knowlegable... one day I may even remember the names of the muscles he's always telling me about. He is very professional and will always make you feel comfortable

Went in for pregnancy related treatment. Not only was I nearly pain free after the session, i came out with knowledge on how to help alleviate my symptoms at home. Would recommend to everyone.

Simply Soothing Myotherapy & Remedial Massage
My husband and l both see Adam. I arrived using a walking stick, because l could barely walk the pain was so bad. I walked out of his clinic without the aid of a stick and was feeling so much better. My husband has had a back fusion which hasn't been very successful. Adam has been able to relieve much of his pain. Adam has been amazing in helping us. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has been living with cronic pain.

Adam is highly professional and uses his experience and qualifications to treat my symptoms. I have been recieving treatment from Adam for some years to assist with the management of migraine and tension. Adam is always friendly and provides exceptional customer service. He is always well presented and hygenic, both in his person and with his equipment. I would highly reccomend Simply Soothing to others.

I decided to see Adam because he was in my area and had great reviews.I’ve had enough of the soreness and stiffness around my right upper back, shoulder and neck areas. I was looking for pain relieve and hopefully a long term fix.Adam exceeded my expectations on what could be achieved just in the first session. I was almost pain free, a LOT looser and felt a LOT taller!I also learned a lot about which muscles and why they were acting up, and what I can do day to day to effectively counteract the long hours hunching over a computer/mobile screen and using the mouse.Looking forward to future treatments. What a relief I found these capable hands! I've been treated by Adam since a few months now for various chronic muscle pain issues. He is very experienced, his knowledge of the body is incredible and he's got a good way to explain things. Easy to talk to and also a good listener, who gives you the feeling that he genuinely cares. He tries to find solutions/exercise homework that works for you specifically. He's been more helpful than most of the physios I've seen in the last years. I always look forward to the next appointment!

Having suffered from Chronic Fatigue for 15 years and having tried many things, after 2 years with Adam, my body miraculously healed through his work and the exercises he gave me. Adam has magic fingers which know where to go and how much pressure is needed. His extensive understanding of muscles amazes me. Not only that, he is a gifted communicator and can speak about anything! If you want to treat yourself, definitely go see him :)
