Great people. Had my ute cover brake while driving though town from Sydney. They fixed it up straight away. Couldn't be happier with their service. Would recommend!

Purchased a foam mattress in the late arv, realised it was too thick for folding sofa bed and called a lil after 5 to swap for a suitable thickness and they were closed, so I called mid morning and was rudely told by the lady on phone that store policy says no returns on used items. It was not used, it didn't fit and consumer law says im entitled to an exchange or refund and the foul mouth old lady said store policy overrides consumer law... i never laughed so hard. I then asked to speak to the boss and she said wait a moment ill get him, left me on hold in silence while I could hear them all talking in background just to then hang up on me. A quick call to the solicitor to verify consumer law and I walked in and demanded a fix. Well what a surprise the lady on ph would not even make eye contact or speak to me. I spoke to the boss fella who happily worked with me to fix my problem and exchange my product to a suitable one and I left. If you go in there don't bother with the 50 something year old wrinkly bat at the counter, she's a horrible customer service representative and should be out the back packing bean bags... 1 ball at a time. The bloke will help he was very fair and able to help alot. But I wont be going there again.

Good helpful service. We were picking up some caravan seating which we had the foam replaced. Though costly, the job looks to have been well done. I hope the seats last as long as the originals.

Staff were extremely helpful with our purchase and even offered us a cheaper alternative to what we wanted.

David recently installed a large ZipTrack Blind on the open side of our deck. Looks Amazing and does a great job. The service from quoting to installation was flawless. Dennys gave us the best price and the best service. Definitely, we will use them again.

Needed new coverings on four outdoor chairs.. plenty of samples available to choose from, staff were very helpful.

Yet again three days of calls & email and unable to contact to follow up on an order.No return call from msg left & no response to email.Made 10 calls today between 12pm & 1.30pm.No answer....again....either went to msg bank or call ended altogether with no options.Continuing to be a frustrating experience dealing with Denny's.
