Attune Hearing Jandakot
My experience at Attune was very positive - Kat the audiologist was calm, clear, thorough and explained every test she performed on my hearing, and its outcomes. The facilities are well-presented and spotlessly clean. I felt at ease, and glad I chose Attune to monitor my hearing for any work-related damage. I will definitely be going back yearly.

In my experience, staff at this hearing clinic are very professional with an in-depth knowledge of hearing matters.Audiologist (Kat) was a great help and assisted my appreciation of the issues of hearing as they applied to my situation, her advice has been of considerable value.It was also helpful to me that my wife could attend my appointments.The client advocate team (Janine & Ashleigh) were very responsive and always courteous.This was a good experience for me and I would recommend this clinicto anyone experiencing hearing difficulties.

Attune Hearing Jandakot
Had my first hearing appointment with Attune yesterday.Wow I was so blown away with the level detail, quantity of time and care taken in walking me through my situation and options for ongoing management. Shelley was brilliant in being patient with answering all my questions with great detail. This experience was in complete contrast to the previous clinic I had attended and tollorated. Thanks guys.

Excellent service, efficient communication and warm friendly atmosphere started from reception.I can highly recommend our audiologist Ms Lindsay Chen. She was very patient with my mum (mum was a patient), spent a lot of time explaining everything in details and answering all her questions. Very professional, knowledgeable and caring. The staff were so so nice and the space was lovely! I actually really enjoyed being there which doesn't usually happen at medical appointments lol. I'll definitely be back!In previous appts elsewhere I've felt rushed and like I didn't really understand anything. Here however, the staff were gentle and calmly explained to me what was happening, all the solutions, and reassured me that I'd be ok. Amazing service 10/10.
