Excellent value for quality second hand appliances. Why buy new when you can get close to new for a much cheaper price? Staff are very helpful and actually know what they are selling which helps you make the right choice. Will come back

Great experience with CBD appliances. Bought a fridge from here and had some trouble with it a few months in and CBD appliances organised mechanics to come and see it. Unfortunately it wasn't able to be fixed and CBD appliances replaced the fridge very promptly with a better fridge than I originally bought. Highly recommend due to their great service! Despite some initial troubles which were out of their control, I am very happy with my fridge and definitely would purchase from them again.

I bought three appliances from CBD altogether; the Mitsubishi refrigerator had a gas leak (confirmed by authorised Mitsubishi Technician) which I found out after six months when the season changed to summer and days are hottest. So had to buy a new one instantly because the repair cost was half of the actual price of the refrigerator.After contacting them on Facebook Messenger, the reply was it lasted for six months"

Good, no nonsense, service. Having a ute we did our own pickup. Good price for Westinghouse chest freezer. Works fine. Will shop here again.

What I liked most was their website which categorizes the appliances and lists the defects in each appliance in detail. The pictures also have a snap of the model number and other details, which enables you to do your research, for e.g. comparing the price with that of a new appliance. Got a washer and fridge (both Samsung) and they delivered it the same day.

I bought an Asko washing machine from this business, and I could not be happier with the great service that I received. Prompt delivery and also the access to repairers should anything go wrong.Many thanks, this business deserves to do well!

I never asked them their names but I closed a deal with them for a fridge and a washing machine…I went through 4 different places and honestly, you shouldn’t make your decisions based on the visuals of the stores, however, from all the stores this one was the one that made feel I was talking with serious people. I had a pushy salesman in a different store (different name by the way) and really that person didn’t ask me for my needs, I had to come up with all the information which is not the way a “sales person” should be selling stuff. Here in CBD Apps Jake and Jess (names I found in another review hehe) were lovely, helpful, they gave me the security and confidence of buying from them because they really cared (as far as I could see and feel) about what we needed. Thanks, and really I will recommend you guys every single time some is looking for second hand appliances! Thanks heaps!
