Nathan was really helpful! Gave his honest opinion on the bets bike for my son. Even though he didn't stock the type of bike we needed he le try son try out the bikes available to help us with sizing and suggested a stockist we could try. Awesome customer service!

This should be the only bike shop you use!!!We were on the search for a BMX bike for our sons birthday. We had been to a few shops around the coast and were disappointed by the lack of service that other shops have given. As soon as we walked into Central coast cycles we were greeted with a warm welcome. We were assisted straight away and the service was amazing and you could tell that it was actual knowledge about the bikes which we struggled to find at other shops. We won’t go anywhere else now because the customer service here is so amazing. Thank you for making buying a bike so pleasant.

Its So nice to see good old fashion service once again, and I refer to Central Coast Cycles at Killarney Vale. 3 times I have had to take my bike into them for some twitting here and there, the thrid time being this morning and when the adjustments where done I asked how much and the reply was No Charge!? to me the customer .I had already intended to pay for this time for an adjustment on my bike and insisted that they take my money offered, which they Gracefully accepted.I would like to go on record to all concerned if you are in the area, Or indeed on the Central Coast give the Family Bike shop your support, not only will you be not dissapointed but the service is second to None.Thank you once again Central Coast cycles, Team.Kind regardsColin M Richmond.

The people in this cycle shop are amazing. I arrived with near flat bike tyres after struggling with the valves at the garage. They sold me a bike pump, fitted it to my bike, pumped up the tyres for me and even provided directions to the lake, so I could enjoy a sunset ride. Such fantastic service;).

We've shopped at CCC for several years now and can attest to their outstanding customer service ethic.Whether you are after a brand new bicycle, a bicycle part, accessory, modification, servicing or repair the CCC team are active and keen cyclists themselves and will soon have you back on two wheels. They carry good stocks of a wide range of competitively priced items you can see and touch then own immediately. No waiting for overseas shipments. Parking out the back is easy too. I cannot recommend them highly enough especially if your're serious about your cycling needs.

Matt and the team are very friendly and always there to assist. I was in a difficult situation recently with my hanger derailer bent and while everyone else turned me away given it was Christmas, Matt fixed and had it back to me within a few hours. Would highly recommend
