Great food, friendly staff. It was a hot day today and the outdoor dining was a good temperature. Inside was all right if you weren't in the direct sun. Good array of various beers.

We were looking for a new Pub to try for an evening meal, never been to the Crescent so decided to go. Extremely impressed with everything about it from the moment we walked in. Great feel about the bar/lounge area which is where we had our meal, the service was perfect, the food was impeccable, great choice on the menu. The busy entertainment area was upstairs so there was noise separation which meant we could have a quite conversation downstairs which was also busy and the prices were very reasonable. In summary we could find no faults whatsoever which is extremely unusual. We will definitely return very soon!! Highly recommend the Crescent.

Went for an early evening meal and sat in downstairs bar. Only one or two other patrons which suited us. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good variety on menu at good prices. I had bangers and mash which I thoroughly enjoyed, my g/f had a steak which was cooked to her taste. Bar was spotlessly clean. Several people came through to dine in the outdoor area upstairs. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant! Lovely staff and superb food too. The Sunday roast is to die for. The pie of the day is an incredible bargain. I keep coming back!!!The above was written a few months ago! I am indeed a returning customer. The food is still consistently good with a fairly regular changing menu. They also host events, it’s never boring. I love it!g

A nice, clean pub with a great array of beer and wines. The host (Tash) was so lovely and welcoming. The quality of food was so much better than we were expecting for a standard pub. We ordered the chicken parmigiana & chicken pie, both delicious. They were even nice enough to make a plate of steamed carrots for our 7mth old.A great and unexpected find!

Attended with a group of old school friends. Cheeseburgers were a popular choice but only 3 available which maybe should have raised a warning flag.Other than probably not the best cheeseburger I ever had it was ok. Staff were great. Thankyou

Great atmosphere and service. Some classic pub favourite meals as well as some more contemporary. Loved the pumpkin side dish, a meal size for those who are not big eaters.

A 'just right' rare steak is very rarely achieved, but it was perfect here tonight. Perfect. Cooked just enough that there's a steady gradation of seared through to crimson in the middle, so that the pace of self-cooking is just right after coming off the grill. So that by the end of the meal, the crimson in the last couple of mouthfuls has ripened to a juicy pink. But by then, you've had most of it properly rare. There's definitely an art to it, at both ends of the service.
