I called to make an appointment to have my shower looked at. I was told that someone was coming later that day. No one turned up. I called back and was then told someone was booked in to come the following day. That person was only at my place for about 5 minutes. My shower is still leaking badly. I was told that I would be contacted to sort out further work on my leaking shower. That was on the 12th Nov. I have called multiple times and left voice messages and sent text messages to no avail, it's now the 20th Nov. My shower continues to leak. I am very disappointed with LJ's plumbing and gas. If reliability/communication is important to you or you have a plumbing emergency...I wouldn't trust this company.

Have been with these guys for years, never fail to repair my issues efficiently with friendly, reliable service. Highly recommend LJ’s, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We organised with Liam to get a water leak under concrete located and repaired. He was able to get this looked at quickly and after a water leak detection was undertaken the leak was quickly found and repaired. Really happy with the quick response and the costs were very reasonable. No need to pay the excess on insurance. Thank you so much for your urgent response and professional service. I was so surprised that water suddenly burst from the ground under the building. I was embarrassed and scared because there was so much water. So I contacted several plumbers, but they said they were busy and couldn't help. But LJ's plumbing was different. Of course, they were busy too, but they said they would visit even for a short time, and they fixed it after the visit. I told them you are my hero. Thank you so much and they are really kind

Most professional business I've dealt with. Showed up quickly and on time and left everything clean.

I cannot recommend these guys enough, called them at 5pm one day with a problem and they were here 7:30am the next morning with it all fixed just after 8am. They were very friendly and informative. Thanks guys

Great Service! Andy from LJ's Plumbing & Gas was on time and friendly to deal with. He listened to the issues and dealt with the problems. Was so happy with these guys I gave them extra work to do while they were here, and by the time they left all work was done. Really appreciate and recommend these guys.

LJ's plumbing are very friendly and professional. I was a little apprehensive regarding the invoice after the unexpected need to convert my new oven to LPG, but I am very happy with the amount charged.I highly recommend Liam and his team. Excellent work.

Liam's team recently completed the replacing of our large complex' very old and rusty corrugated iron roof screws before the roof received new coats of paint by associated contractor. When the roof screws were replaced with new ones, the Body Corporate discovered that for some reason, it only requested a quote for the building, not the garages roof tops screw replacement. It took a few more weeks for it to approve the extra quote. All tradies were inconvenienced through this oversight as they had planned to finish our job and move onto new ones. Nevertheless, they fitted us in as and when they could and completed the work very professionally at reasonable price, though over longer period of time. Having watched their work most of the time, I certainly didn't envy them performing it on a hot, windy and fragile roof that thanks to our incompetence, they had to fix and clean a number of times. The result was very professional in frequently unprofessional Cairns. No doubt it will last a while. As a result of it and my observation of their hard work, I highly recommend Liam and his professional and positive team to any future client. Thanks a lot, everyone.
