Owner not friendly, does not acknowledge customers when its busy, he comfortably hides in the back room pretending to work while leaving one person at the cashier to handle a full load of customers waiting to be served.

They demanded my wife who was born here to apply for citizenship if she wanted to apply for passports for our kids. They refused to accept any evidence that she is a citizen by birth. Disgusting service!!

I would rate 0 , as these people old Asian guy was yelling at me for nothing. Went for passport service from pakenham as Hallam one was closer to my husband’s work. That guy was already vacuuming before 5 when they close at 5:30. Did not even let us get in , yelling that he won’t do it, as I am coming too late. I was keep insisting that we came from Pakeham urgently and website doesn’t say that I need to come in specific time, as you close at 0530pm . Website says no need for appointment although last apt was 4:45pm, but he said come before 3pm. I was so annoyed, as I am39 week pregnant the ways he treated me was so bad. No one yells at pregnant people like this. He was behaving like he is owner of this place, doesn’t understand he can’t make his own policies. He works there to help customers, not misbehaving with them.. way too rude. He wants to close at 5pm I would think. No professionalism.His conduct needs to be assessed by some higher authorities and needs to be fired. I was literally in tears , and he didn’t even have heart to understand what trauma he caused me by his talk, and behaviour.Please do go there, and tell him it’s not his own business, if we stop going there, they will get paid for free, that’s what he wants, I understood from my experience. Very lazy people. No professionalism.

Sells pre opened AFL coin sets, this place is a dive

Owner doesn't have product knowledge or he's just trying to sell the most expensive ones. Not professional and helpful! Hopefully my international mail will leave this post office and being delivered in full. Sadly this is the closes auspost nearby. I would've gone to anywhere else if I could!

As everyone saying old asian guy he doesnt know what he is doing.He is just there to ruin everyones day.if he is there better leave that place .Only indian guy is a postive thing in this post office.

I love going to the post office in Hallam Square. They are the most helpful post office staff members I have ever dealt with. Nothing ever a problem. They are always happy to answer my stupid questions. That's why I have been using this post office for over 10 years.

Word pathetic is no where near to the service that this place provide.That old Asian man simply needs a psychiatrist.....

Useless. Won't answer the phone, when they finally do, will ask you to hold on a second - won't come back to talk for 15 minutes. Ask them if they had a parcel returned from my address with my name on it, they respond with cannot help you without tracking number". If I had a tracking number (which I didnt) I could look it up online myself. They literally just had to look on their shelves for a parcel designated to my street

If I could give 0 stars I would. Walk in 2 guys behind the counter doing sweet F.A. Had already done all my passport paperwork online, already had my photos and they said they couldn't process my passport because it was after 3 but I didn't need to make an appointment. Just 2 blokes being lazy. They literally just had to watch me sign it and take payment.
