Some customer service staff are helpful in person but has poor customer service in phone. Lazy to answer questions if no order number in hand even if they can just check name and contact details of customer and wouldnt inform ordered item has arrived need to call couple of times and remind..

I was so impressed by the service I received this afternoon at Repco Bankstown. The staff were friendly and super helpful; I spoke with Joel, Sam and Scott, and I got an amazing deal on a new set of hubcaps. The item I was after was not available anywhere in NSW, so they actually ordered it to be shipped from another store interstate.The store is extremely well-kept, the displays look great, and the specials are literally worth writing a review about. But as is so often the case, it's the people -- and the customer service they provide -- who really make the difference. Thanks so much, folks -- you have earned my highest recommendation.

If i could give a zero, I would.Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. I received zero communication from the store manager when trying to follow up a delivery order I had placed. Life appears to be all too hard for this clown.The order had been apparently lost in transit. He thought it was reasonable for me to accept the inconvenience from that. I requested an instore pick up instead, as it had already been 12 days waiting. Mysteriously, the store had no stock. I requested a refund.
