Queenie is amazing! After finally receiving my dress from where I bought it from, it was noticeably wrong. I took it to Queenie and she pointed out that it wasn't stitched straight, the bottom of the dress wasn't even straight and so much was done poorly which was very disappointing. Queenie unpicked both sides of my dress and cut it correctly and stitched it back up to perfection, making everything even and a dress that I fell back in love with. I can't thank Queenie enough, she honestly saved my dress and was amazed how quick her turn around was, considering the amount of work that needed to be done. Thank you again Queenie :)

As a plus size woman it can be really different to find exactly what you are looking for. Queenie took all my considerations and wishes on board and worked with me over as over to make sure the dress was just what I wanted (even when the first mock up was really far off from what I wanted). From helping pick the fabric to the fit, the dress came out perfect. She also made my husband’s suit!

Never knew a wedding dress could be this comfortable to be worn throughout the wedding day. Queenie is the best person to look for if you're looking for a dress custom made to your body. She's just so lovely to work with and have the skills of a fairy godmother.I walked into her boutique with exactly what i wanted in mind, and she turned it into the wedding dress of my dreams. And the fact that this was happening in the midst of Covid, Queenie continued to communicate with me via text and made sure the dress is made in time. Highly recommend.

I recently moved to Melbourne and struggled to find somewhere that could alter my wedding dress in short notice. Queenie went above and beyond to make sure that I was booked in without any stress that my dress wouldn’t be done in time. From the first appointment to the last, she was incredible. I was looking for a maid of honour dress for my sisters wedding, but as a larger girl I really struggled to find anything that I loved that also suited me/the wedding theme etc. That is until I found Queenie!From the first consultation to the delivery of the final dress, Queenie approached the entire experience with kindness and empathy for how difficult it is to find something that makes you look and feel amazing as a plus size person. I had a good idea of what I was looking for and she was very open and honest with me throughout the entire process about what would work best for me and my body, but also in keeping with the style I was after. Queenie kept me updated through the entire process, made regular check ins to ensure I was happy with everything, and made some alterations for me so that I felt more comfortable in my dress. The final product was absolute perfection, the quality of her workmanship incredible and everything I could have hoped for and more!!!I cannot recommend Queenie highly enough for anybody wanting something made for a special occasion, especially plus size women who are struggling to feel comfortable and confident! Queenie is so kind and very talented! My dress was 2 sizes too big and being a mermaid dress, it was very important for it to fit my body in the right way. She did such an amazing job at keeping the lace in the right spot while still bringing everything in from the bust to the hips. The dress was also strapless so it was very important to me to feel confident in this dress and have it fit right which she did such an incredible job on. Thank you so much for making my dress look good! I would highly recommend her, especially if you want to feel confident and beautiful in your dress. Queenie is a very talented person!

As a plus size bride, Queenie interpreted our design spot on. She designed and created our dresses (mine, my bridesmaids and flower girl) exactly the way I wanted. In fact we did have some miscommunication in the beginning which made me worried about the final product but Queenie had me speechless with the final product.
