Booked an appointment roughly 1 month in advance. Waited over half an hour after the allotted time. They were a no show, with no notice. I attempted contact at the time and afterward with calls, texts and emails - all ignored / without a response.Not recommended, they obviously don’t care about animals.

Amy is amazing ! We always take our anxious maltipoo to her and she is so good with him and he always looks so handsome!!

Cancelled appointment on the morning of, I changed my working day to work from home, Wouldn't take call or return call or message.Maybe good with dogs not with humans

I have taken my moodle here a few times. Every time I have never paid over $65. Maybe it's covid, maybe it's the fuel price, maybe it's the war, maybe it's the election... who knows.. but today I was shocked that I was charged $120 for the same service. I booked the appointment a couple of months ago and maybe during this time the pricing system has changed and I am not aware that now a full clip for a small dog warrants a 2-hour appointment at $60 per hour. I definitely won't be back. It is one thing to pay for good products and services, it is another thing to be entertaining someone taking the piss. It appears that all the 5 stars were not all given recently.
