I just finished refurbishing a studio in the inner north and had a bunch of junk to get rid of! Call these guys up and the skip was there in a heartbeat! Friendly service and would highly recommend them again! Thank you guys so much!

Don’t expect these guys to be on time (especially if you’re paying a bobcat by the hour to wait around). Was told the bin would arrive between 11am and 1pm. Called at around 12.20pm to check if bin was still on track to arrive by 1pm. Was told “yes it’s 20 - 40 minutes away”. Bin arrived at 2.30pm. It seems they don’t take too kindly to poor feedback given the lady hung up on me when I called to discuss the issue. Ah well, that’s just the nature of it I guess. 1 star to you.Response to below reply:I expected it within 2 hours because you set that expectation, hence why I kept the bobcat waiting around. I couldn’t care if it had arrived at midnight if you had told me from the start. Learn to set realistic expectations with customers. And take a course in customer service. Hanging up abruptly when the customer is talking isn’t a good look for your business

The team were great and service was exactly what we needed for clearing out our house. It was welcoming to speak to a local family run business who understood my situation and made it one less thing to worry about.

These guys are as good as it gets!Super professional, affordable and easy to get in contact with.I had a large electronics business with a warehouse full of old inferior electronic equipment and miscellaneous junk. The skips came quickly and where removed with hast and care.

Extremely poor service. Dumpster was booked for delivery to our business in Sunshine for between 10 am and 12 noon. They said they could not deliver any earlier. Then we get a phone call at 9 am from the driver asking where to put the bin as he was onsite. Dumpster was booked for removal 2 days later. It is now 7 days later and full bin still has not been removed, despite multiple phone calls and promises each time that it would be removed the following day. They blame a lack of drivers". Very unprofessional. They do not deliver or pick when booked. Do not use.I note the owner's response is simply to personally attack the reviewer. No response to their lack of service in delivering or picking up a bin at the promised times. I was entirely professional in every way in my dealings with them - but did explain that if the bin could not be picked up more than a week after the promised collection time

Can’t thank All Over Bins enough, they were super responsive when I had follow up questions about the process of booking and sorting the waste removal from my house. The ladies I dealt with on the phone were incredible and the whole service was seamless. Will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I know.
