I urge you not to buy from this store.I placed an order for Boss Acoustic Singer Live Amplifier and paid in full including delivery fee on 23rd August. Before I ordered it, I called the sales manager to make sure of the lead time as I need to get it for my daughter's Birthday at the end of October. I have been told that I can get it in early to mid October.Since then I have called the sales manager 4 to 5 times to check the ETA and we have never been told that the item would be delayed so much. And no one from this company has ever come to me about any information of delays.I can understand that there may be some delays due to the shortage of shipments, but their service really disappointed us. It has been more than 2 months since I placed the order, and when I thought I would get it finally and called them last Wednesday(27th October), they gave me the choice of either continuing to wait for a shipment that seems unlikely to arrive or getting a refund.And they refused to provide any proof that the shipment had been delayed. How could I believe them after so many times of poor communications? We can see the product's info on their website and the price has gone up now. Did they sell the items to the buyers who paid higher and later? How could they still sell this item on their website while keeping myself, the customer who paid it on 23rd August waiting and not having any delivery information yet?The above is actually the email content that I wrote to the company last Friday and then I got an apology email from the sales manager who promised they would call me as soon as possible as the amp arrives. I decided to wait for this item until mid December which they said might be the estimated arrive date. But what shocked me was two hours later on the same day, the boss sent me a bullying and threatening email in which he threatened to cancel my order and asked me to shop elsewhere. I was really appalled and hurt by this boss's malicious attitude.I never thought that I would just want to buy a birthday present for my daughter, but ended up being treated like this. I have the email trail and order records in my hand and will file a complaint to the ACCC and Consumer Affairs Victoria.Everything about this experience has been disappointing and horrible.

Ordered an item online. Item did not appear online as out of stock etc. Dispatch was supposed to be 2 days. Waited and no correspondence from them. Emailed them and only they replied stating item was discontinued and they would not be receiving anymore in. They offered a replacement but that's not what i wanted. I asked for a refund and received the next day. Their communication and wait times are not great. Their saving grace was getting my refund back to me promptly. Advise calling to check they have stock of an item before ordering online.

Very friendly on the phone and helpful. It would be great if website indicated if things were in-stock or not, but easy to check by phone. No option to click & collect either, which is odd. Really good pricing. Ordered something which isn't in stock and expect it in two months-ish. I'll update then. Fingers crossed!Update: Order arrived as promised and contact with the shop remained very friendly and helpful. While I could collect, the store policy is to send via mail when ordering by PayPal, so there's verification. Nontheless, very happy and would recommend.
