Between Christmas and New Year my 88 year old mum's Fridge decided to pack it in. Harvey Norman Batemans Bay were amazing. The staff member I spoke to was so understanding and after some discussion with the truck driver made sure mum got her new fridge the next day. The delivery driver and off sider were so helpful.Thank you Batemans Bay Harvey Norman.

Overweight computer department guy is rudest for customer service in whole town of Batemans Bay, This bloke has zero customer service and a condescending attitude. Just wanted to buy something and he made me feel so angry that I put the product back and went to Betta electrical who were great. I know stores have a hard time getting staff these days but they are better off without this bloke. Time to retire when you are so angry you have had enough of customers. The owner needs to investigate who this bloke is and I'm sure he knows as it can't be an isolated incident and sack him before he ruins there business.

Great little store. Event hough it is a smaller store than its brothers are it is jam packed with product. Great variety. I always find what I'm looking for. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff.No toilet.Wheelchair accessible entryStreet parking
