Came there to get my car inspected before going on a roadtrip, very honest ppl. Checked over my car oil, battery etc and pumped my tyres didn’t charge me for it.

Worst customer service skill ever. The mechanic named Minhz do not know how to behave well with customers. I was waiting there for an hour but he was disappeared without telling me anything. He didn’t giving me the opportunity to talk while I was explaining the issue of the car and he was walking away without listening what I was saying and that was absolutely a disrespectful behaviour with customers. I recommend you guys , go somewhere else to fix your car. Their English is horrible to understand.

Very friendly, honest and fair. I brought my car in yesterday for a service and pink slip and it was done quickly and well. Their prices are very good and the front desk lady is very funny.

Not that I want to visit the mechanic’s all the time but when I do I always go to Quan’s Automotive and they have always had perfect service, great communication, got the job done in a day after inspection and the reception is a lovely also a women. Overall, this mechanic is a professional and efficient place to go.

Excellent and friendly service, very reasonable or even cheaper compare to most places. I don't know how Tony Mai review said its expensive giving what's happening with importing difficulty and prices increased but with Quan's Automotive prices haven't increased much at all since I was their customer 15yrs ago.

The worse mechanic and a dishonest mechanic. Loose our battery connectors and said our battery is weak and need changing, battery works fine tighten back. They rip females off
