Their customer service is shockingly POOR!!! Owner speaks to me like I'm a dirt. I walked into the store couple months ago to see what they have in store so that I can plan ahead for my party. She asked if I came in to spy on their price from another party supply store. I was pretty upset then, I didn't know how to respond to her. But I thought I should let that one poor experience go since they are located conveniently from where I live, so I called them today to ask about their helium tank hire service for my party this weekend and its price, which I think is quite a standard question to ask. She was so rude, certainly not the way to speak to your prospective customers; just saying $xx"
