I have been going to different hairdressers for my hair and never been happy with the colour.I spoke with Nancy she told me what she could do for my hair and did what I wanted.I’ve never been more happy with what she did.Thanks Nancy your a great hairdresser.My overall experience was great very friendly happy place and everyone was happy to help.

I was so excited to get my hair done, it had been so long. As a single mum of 2, these things tend to wait til last due to $$. I was quoted $170 for balayage, failure to tell me wash, colour, cut, blow dry etc was extra. I ended up having a full head of foils with colour wanting to lighten my hair. It’s now darker than when I walked into the salon! This should have been cheaper than balayage according to other hairdressers I have enquired with.. in the end I was told the bill was $295. This is daylight robbery! I had budgeted for the $170, went with the foils instead expecting it to be cheaper. I had to borrow the balance & now have to find the $ to get my gets prepared for school. Disappointing is an understatement. I was asked to get cash out from the atm as their eft machine wasn’t working. Being a good person, I went back & paid, as hesitant as I was. Now I wish I hadn’t. This is more than half a weeks rent payment. I am disgusted & mortified to say the least. $500 for a full head of 24 inch extensions, cut, colour, wash, blow dry at other hairdressers & I get stung $295 for foils. I have no words for how wrong this is!

I think the workers here need to stop yapping to each other, gossiping rudely about people and just focus on the client. I also don’t appreciate the man (who I think is the owner) singing so loudly thinking he is the next Australian idol. As much as Rochelle is notorious in blacktown - it’s not nice to have her sitting in there the whole time swearing at everyone. Very horrible atmosphere + check on your shampoo girls as one who is a young mum said she absolutely hates working there. Wouldn’t go here!

My son had an appointment on Saturday 24th of December for a perm it looked good at first but than the next day he was complaining of a sore head and got sick went to hospital he had chemical burn from his perm he ended up shaving his head and wasted $120 I spent for him to get it happy with the service one bit.

Why sell somebody a ten year old expired product?Paid 25$ for a conditioner. When I went to use it at home, the pump was not working. Saw that it was made nearly ten years ago. (2013)I wasn’t offered a receipt. When I called to sort out a refund, I was told the boss would get back to me. It has been more than two weeks and still no call.I don’t understand why you would have stock that is over ten years old.

I dropped in to do my root colour. They were able to fit me in quickly. Great service, great price. Best head massage ever. Thankyou for your kindness. Love the colour.

Very disappointed with getting a balayage treatment that looks like streaks in my daughters hair and Nancy made my daughters hair look older than 15 years old. The ugly streaks that we did not ask for look ugly stale ginger look. Waited for over 3 hours for super ugly streaks treatment instead of balayage look treatment. To me, Nancys use of her toner looks like the product was expired along with the expired end result of daughters luxurious natural hair colour to begin with. Don't recommend Nancy to do your teenagers hair unsupervised!!!
