Fantastic tobacconist in Lutwyche shopping centre. Lots of gifts, tobacco products. Cards and more. The staff are as friendly as ever. Always good for a joke, banter or a laugh. Nothing too serious here. They have recently done the shop up and it’s fantastic. Looks brilliant. Josh and the team are customer orientated and their service is excellent.They have and store correctly a great range of cigars including Cubans.

I've visited TSG Lutwyche on multiple occassions over the years and have never been disappointed. They have a great variety of gifts, cards and tobacco products. All staff are knowledgeable on their stock and very helpful. The service is great and friendly! Samantha, especially, is an absolute ray of sunshine. Josh is a good bloke too. 10/10 would recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would I called to ask if they sell a specific brand of vapes and to see how much and I kept getting hung up on that is extremely unprofessional!

I was offended by the way I was treated I was buying tobacco and making conversation while making the transaction and as I looked up from tapping my card I noticed that the lady behind the counter was making a face at one of the other people in the store and looked at me and I realized she was making fun of me I felt very humiliated
