I stumbled across Sterling while looking for a difficult-to-find part. Not only did they have it, they had boatloads of others for my vehicle! Bookmarked immediately! Even better is their customer service. Shipping was crazy fast. I had an issue installing my part and they were extremely responsive, including talking to the manufacturer on my behalf and sending a second unit. The solution came when they sent some photos and suggested actions. Bingo, problem solved. Then they paid for return shipping of the extra item that I no longer needed! These guys are my new go-to for parts.

Absolutely appalling service ive never found it so difficult to order parts I am a trade customer and can not simply phone and order parts they just push to click and collect then you waste time making account to then have no option for pick up and no option for trade discount.If they continue to treat long term customers like this they won’t have many left.

Have ordered a few parts off this company and products have turned up within 2 days. Fit was perfect and have had no problems. Although I still am yet to fit one of the wheel hubs which came in packaging that had been opened and had 2 cigarette butts in it. So not too sure about what's happened there..

honestly some of the best service ever, ordered a radiator after speaking with staff this morning at 8am and it was delivered to my door a little over 2 hours later, after being told it should arrive the next day i was impressed to say the least. keep up the good work guys, i will defiantly return for more parts as i need them!!

Great service, prompt and friendly responses. The part I received came in a reasonable time frame and was what I expected.The part was a black side mirror for my Nissan Micra car. My car is a different colour, so I was able to change the cap onto it easily. When I swapped the new part onto the car, it didn't fix completely flush, coming off ever so slightly at the top, but some glue fixed that. When handling the part, you can tell it is a cheap copy; very light in weight. For my purposes, it was all great for the price of under $120! Saved me a lot from getting it done professionally!
