The staff were friendly, supportive and a blast to chat with. The food was great, and there was one staff member there who has some pretty great dad jokes up his sleeve. Loved his interaction with my work client that day because of those jokes. Thanks team for making that visit so enjoyable.

Just finished dinner with my family.Foods are so good. It took less than 20 minutes eventhough all the tables are fully booked.(mothers day).I strongly recommend.

The Courthouse Restaurant
Staff are all friendly,polite and nice. Food were all quite good. I like the volume of all the dishes!! Pizza was great. Salt & pepper calamari was amazing with good amount of salad! However the service was super slow. And somehow they forgot to cook my son's chicken burger. He ended up eating by himself in the end. BUT again, nice atmosphere to have meal and staff are all lovely.

We ordered 2x pizzas (tandori chicken and spicy lamb) via delivery in Warragul, and they were absolutely amazing. Quick service, fresh, hot and amazingly tasty. Fully recommend.

The Courthouse Restaurant
Literally the worst scotch fillet steak I’ve ever had. It was very tough and chewy, very fatty, and was practically boiled inside. Also tasteless with no salt or seasoning whatsoever.The carrots and broccoli were also practically boiled and tasteless. The mash was okay, but very small amount and also lacked flavor. The gravy also seemed cheap. Worst of all the streak cost $51.90 so was expecting it to be decent. Although the menu says local gippsland steak, the staff couldn’t tell me where it was from when asked.The sauces that came with other dishes also seemed like a cheap type from a jar.The prices are way to high for the quality of food and service.Definitely won’t be recommending or coming back.

No fire in open fire place. Steak was perfect, vegetarian options not a sizable meal. Server overly attentive but then forgot coffee order at the end. Disappointed overall, for the premium price I expected better.

Great food. Service for drinks is a bit slow at times. Menu has great selection, including good options for food allergies. Lighting can be a bit dark for some (that might be to hide the prices for the alcoholic drinks which are a bit steep!).

I booked the Courthouse restaurant for Mother's Day lunch, when I arrived they tried to sit my family and I in the Garden Bar, a completely different building beside the courthouse restaurant. They weren't ready for us, the lights were off, doors were closed, the room reeked of beer and the floor was extremely sticky. Lucky it was a nice day so we sat outside instead or we would of just left. The food was pretty consistent with a decent pub meal. Which would of cost maybe $120 at most normally but we spent well over $200 for 3 adults and a 4 year old. $51 for the steak and it looked like it was part boiled, with inedible fat still hanging off it. The service was awkward and one of the front of house staff was extremely rude, he chose to take a phone call instead of serving the customer right in front of him. I'd be very hesitant to go back again unfortunately. I had such high hopes considering how beautiful the venue is inside, the venue that we didn't get to sit in.

It’s pretty good here. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are sort of friendly enough. The food is tasty but it is very pricey for pretty much being a pub in Warragul. Heaps of options and the gardens with the fairy lights are lovely. Would go again for a night out with friends but wasn’t wowed!
