People are so quick to complain about bad experiences and bad customer service, but after my experience with Dr Youssef I felt compelled to write about my positive experience. It’s not very often that you come across a Doctor, particularly someone as renowned and reputable as Dr Manal Youssef, who goes well above and beyond any other GP I have ever encountered. Dr Youssef takes her time to talk to you and actually listens carefully to your answers. She genuinely is interested in your responses, and in what you have to say, and she maintains empathy yet is completely professional, which assures you you are not only being heard but understood. Dr Youssef takes her time to know you, not just see you as a patient but as another human being, which is extremely refreshing as we quite often find ourselves with our doctors in our most vulnerable moments and states. When you leave the clinic you honestly feel elevated in mind and spirit as her enormous smile is imprinted in your brain. Her knowledge in the vast array of women’s health issues in which she specialises is extensive and current, and her advice is given after drawing from years of experience and with all of the objectivity one expects from a doctor, but delivered with a noted kindness very rarely found in the Medical field, particularly from a specialist doctor of her calibre. Highly recommended to any female of any age for any women’s health issue.

This was my first time getting cosmetic injections and I was extremely scared specially as I’m not good with injections, but The amazing and beautiful Dr Manal Youssef was very very gentle and made the whole process very easy and comfortable.She is an amazing women who cares for her clients.
