Apartment was great, but shower pressure left a lot to be desired, particularly for the price and after a long day of hiking. Nice finishes and good air con.

Stumbled across the Portman House on an over night stay on scone! So glad we booked here!Location is perfect!!Parking with a trailer was a breeze with ample parking offsite behind the building!The apartment was perfect!Modern, clean and very spacious!! The beds are super comfortable!Will definitely book again next time we need to stay in scone!

The Portman house is my favorite place to stay in Australia! The apartments are very nice and laundry machines in each unit easily make this my favorite! The owner is so helpful and even delivered a new hot plate in a rainstorm within a few minutes of being notified that I needed a new one! It’s a no hassle, perfect location to stay if you’re passing through or staying in Scone. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone! You will not be disappointed! Go give it a try!!

Lovely motel right on main strip but hidden from view. Well appointed modern and clean. Lovely staff and management. We stay here often and love it. Close to rail and coal trains but honestly you barely notice them. Coles next door and walk to anywhere in shopping precinct.

I have been a long term resident here due to work commitments.I have absolutely loved my stay! The room is so comfortable and well located.The staff always have my room feeling clean and amazing. I have everything that I need.It’s centrally located which has been perfect for me to walk to coles or other food outlets.The trains can be heard, but they can basically be heard anywhere along Scone given the close proximity to the lines. They’re not really a bother at all.I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Great place..has everything you need for a good stay. Very clean and modern, close to local shops the only downside was the train line right next to the room which was not nice.

Comfortable and spacious. The most comfy bed I’ve slept in away from home. The appartments are large with everything you need for your stay. The manager will make your experience here easy from the booking to the day you leave. Nothing is out of place. Beautifully appointed.

Fantastic little place with large rooms and comfortable beds. Great service - friendly and approachable. Traveling with missus and bub and late arrival was no hassle with loads of room for the port a cot in the studio apartment. Continental breakfast was above standard. Great apartment and better than some $500 a night places I've stayed at. Great work Erin and Co, if we're ever back your way we'll stay again!
