House is nice but maintenance/cleaning is sub-standard. Outdoor fireplace not functional, lounge room ceiling covered in wine stains, close to 50% of lights blown or not working, cooking utensils broken, filthy, or unusable, crockery wet and dirty in cupboard and BBQ not working properly. The property has potential, just needs to be maintained better.
