One of the best real estates my husband and I and our family have rented through. Especially TJ she made everything easy from applying to picking up the keys. This is our 2nd time renting through you and I wouldn't change it. First time we rented through you we broke our lease and TJ made sure there was someone to takeover and always kept as up to date. I definitely recommend yous to everyone.

We have had our investment property through The Real Estate People for many years and are very happy with the service and prompt attention we received when needed. Tracey has looked after us for majority of our time. She is very approachable and easy to engage with. Our long term tenant was also happy with Tracey and team. Unfortunately we have sold and would not hesitate to recommend Tracey as a property manager and we will be back if we decide to invest again.

This is our second period of time renting through The Real Estate people - we only stopped as the property was sold and the new owner used a different agency. We couldn’t wait to be able to move in to our new property. The staff are always so helpful and friendly, they made the experience of signing all documents a breeze as it was all electronic and were on hand to answer any and all questions. As a renter would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I've been extremely happy with the rental management service provided by The Real Estate People. Our unit was managed by Tracey who was meticulous in her professional care of our property. This included managing and recording all details from advertising and vetting, to tenant selection, to regular inspections and reports, right through to the handover process (now that I am in a position to manage the property myself). I wholeheartedly endorse this company for their friendly, professional and thorough business practices.

I've had umpteen different property managers over the years and The Real Estate people are the only ones I would use now. Tracey in particular is the best PM I've had. As an owner I can appreciate the work she puts in to getting the right tenant. As someone who has rented in the past, I can only say I wish I had a PM as good to deal with both getting stuff done but also building a great relationship. Thank you to Tracey and the rest of the team!!!
