Bought my brand new 2015 Yamaha R1M and the service was 11/10 - great trade in price on my 2012 R1- Highly recommend for both buying a bike & servicing. They always do their best for you. Ask for Ben Edwards, loves bikes and is very helpful to get you what you want. The R1M is an amazing motorcycle.

Family owned and run, these guys are small but with big hearts. I was treated like I was the only person in their store (which I most certainly was not). Nothing is too big or small for them and the young lady in spare parts is just the best.

If I could give one star I would. Took my rims and tyres in to get new tyres done, they have completely buckled and cracked my rims after I had to give a follow up call to make sure they were ready to go. I’ll be going down Monday to sort it out.

Don't take your bike there for warranty work,they don't check it properly and tell u to contact yamaha australia,which is no help because they only believe the dealer. Even when u have photos to back up the claim,ordinary service all round

Good customer service, I felt bad I sent my bike in dirty but lucky me it came back clean. No nonsense, no problems, I've had my bike there before and will have it there again. All good.
