I CANNOT GIVE THIS A WORSE REVIEW! do not use these storage units. Staff have NEVER been helpful from the start. It was like I was a burden going in to rent a unit. The person behind the counter was rude,abrupt, lacklustre and unprofessional. I was 2 payments behind and I rang them left a message-which no on returned. I left my number on the machine as well. They had sent my goods to auction!!! They didn't have my email right or my phone number! But 2 payments behind and all my personal details and non refundable items that are so centimental have all been sold! When I rang AGAIN TONY WAS SOOOOO RUDE , even though they are in the wrong. Just a friendly heads up people...GO ELSEWHERE THERE ARE MUCH CHEAPER ,NICER, BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE ELSEWHERE!P S I WILL HELP YOU MOVE FREE IF IT MEANS KEEPING SOMEONE ELSE FREE FROM FEELING THE HEARTACHE AND ANGER AND LOSS IM FEELING FROM CHOOSING THIS PLACE!P.S. only putting a star up so this gets seen!

The phone staff will hang up on you just because you asking questions, this has happened to me on 3 difficult occasions, on the lady working on 22 march 2023 morning shift

Facility was well secured and felt safe. Only issue is when other unit users leave the lift on the next level causing an extra trip up and down stairs.

Nice clean and very secure,only down fall was that I only needed unit for 2 weeks no prorated available so had to pay for 1 full month,this made for expensive storage.

We have been renting in Ellenbrook for many years. When Store Local took over management, the costs increased steadily to the point where it was cheaper for us to find larger premises with another Storage Company. There was never anyone on site and communication was always difficult. Storage units at the front that face the road, this is where ours was, was always dirty. Leaves, dust and dirt was a constant problem in the storage unit.

Nice and easy process. Great customer service.

Great facilities. Always helpful and prompt with any questions asked. I would recommend and use again in the future.

Never used a storage facility before, but storelocal was easy to deal with nothing was a hassle will do it again.
