Wanted a basic service, was told I needed $1500 worth of stuff then left without doing anything to my car. Wanted to do what he wanted and wouldn't listen to what I wanted. Very poor service. I'll never use them again.

Obscenly expensive logbook service. My husband requested a quote prior to the date of service and was not sent one. Once work had commenced we were given a quote of $550 plus extra for tires and battery.Comparitively to other providers in the area we would have been charged approximately $320-$340 for the service.This is a disgusting overcharge, we are very disappointed to have chosen this service provider.We will not be using this service again.

honestly don’t know if i would use this service again. he was lovely but he charged me $174 for almost nothing. i asked him to look at my car and just tell me what was wrong so that i knew. my car had broken down because of the gear box but wasn’t sure exactly what was the problem. the online quote i got for the issue was $84. he arrived 20 minutes early and worked for about 20 minutes and then proceeded to tell me he had been there for nearly an hour working. he also quoted me $450 for the part that was missing or needed replacing and then quoted me for the labour. i have called up otherplaces and they have said it would be $200 all up. just seems a bit suss and wouldn’t use them again.

Very good convenient service. Dave the mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable about my car. Quick and easy process. Thanks guys will be using you again for sure.

I previously had another mechanic come out from Lube a few months ago which cost me a fortune and I wasn't happy with the result, I thought id give it one more go since what was previously done is on file.Lube sent me Paul. Paul was AMAZING, he repaired the belt that was put on from the other mechanic that was to big and loose, Paul was Honest, up front and did a fantastic job.I will now only book Paul in for repairs and maintenance.Thank you Paul, its good to see mechanics who actually care about their jobs and have passion in what they do and respect clients and take the time to listen and provide a solution!

Do not use, they make up things that are wrong with your car and quote a ridiculous price. Also left halfway through service and returned a week later without notice. Terrible

I found Matthew from Lube Mobile to be very friendly, very knowledgeable and genuinely trustworthy. He listened and got straight onto finding the issue. I received a video showing the inspection and work done. I’m really glad I tried them out and will be using Lube Mobile as my mechanics of choice in the future. The convenience of them coming to me, I was at home but they would’ve done the same if I’d been at work. That service for me is worth it alone as I don’t have to waste time or money getting to a garage and home again. I was really happy with the experience.

Promised me a lot and cost me nearly 7k to get the engine light turned off basically. All related to turbo and blowing black smoke.. changed every part and it’s now been over a week and still blowing heaps of black smoke although I was advised this would stop. No point texting them as they don’t return calls. Quick to take your money and charge you a fortune but their after service support is appalling. Be very wary of them.
