I cannot recommend Fix My Muscles Ashmore enough. If I was able to put 15 stars I would. From booking an appointment, to arrival (and feeling very welcome) the whole process is seamless. The team are incredible and they take the time to understand your individual needs by asking the right questions to help you get to the root of the problem. They also take the time to explain how your body works and why you may have an issue in an effort to help you alleviate the problem. Having been to multiple physios before they seem to do a general treatment. The team at Fix My Muscles are way more holistic and have a great understanding of the muscle anatomy. If you are a office worker, this is the best place to go. Having been a long term client, I highly recommend this team to get the right outcome and treatment for you. I used to get chronic migraines and had been getting them for nearly 10 years when I started going to Fix My Muscles. No doctor, naturopath or physio had ever been able to treat them. When I started going to FMM not only did they address the issue but they also pin pointed the cause and gave me exercises and behavioural changes to stop the migraines. I now get maybe one every year as opposed to the nearly permanent headaches I used to have.

The best massage on the Gold Coast, nice and peaceful place. I have been going for 2 years and the massage helps me a lot in my workout and relieve my muscles after long journey of exercise and job, highly recommended

I was in a bit of strife with my back being a tradie self employed I can't afford to not work I messaged fix my muscles ashmore got a later appointment which was good because I work till 4pm, had an appointment with Glenn who worked his magic and I was good to go very attentive and asked a lot of questions and sorted me out 10/10 would recommend.

The team at Fix My Muscles Ashmore are amazing. I had been dealing with chronic neck and shoulder pain for a number of years and finally found the help I needed and had been looking for here. They not only helped with treating the pain, but helped to understand the underlying issues causing it, ways to manage it and prevent it. Honestly haven’t felt better since going here.

A huge thanks to James Day at Fix My Muscles for fixing my Planter Fasciitis. I have had this condition for 6 months which has been extremely painful. I first went to a podiatrist who gave me orthotics and some light stretches but the problem still persisted. I contacted James and within the first session he found and identified the cause of the problem and treated this which resulted in instant pain free feet and heels. He described my body tightness as Chronic which I have continued to see James and have no Plantar Fasciitis issues at all now, he has also identified some other muscle issues which has helped my body to recover to peak fitness and flexibility. James's knowledge and expertise is outstanding and I would highly recommend James to anyone as he has not only helped my Plantar Fasciitis but general body fitness and well being.
