About the Business
Talijancich Wines | James Talijancich carries on the family tradition of fine wine making in the Swan Valley. The original vines planted in 1932 provide exceptional quality fruit to produce Shiraz for table and fortified wines- including port and liqueurs. Aged Verdelhos are a specially at Talijancich Wines, alongside rich and intense Pedro Ximenes liqueurs. The cellar door is open for tasting 6 days a week.

My partner and I attended at 3.45 and were abruptly told 'aren't we a bit late for tastings!'. Was going to have a cheese board but the tone was then set. She gave minimal explanation of the wine and it's the first place I've ever chosen not to purchase because of the rudeness. We won't be back.

Very welcoming, informative and pet friendly. The 5 wine tasting was fantastic, encompassing whites, reds, and liquers. Would recommend and come back any time I'm in the valley.

Smallish but award winning wines. AUD5 for tasting.. decent Vedelho n reds plus fortified wines. Selection was much fewer than bigger wineries.. space n carpark smallish but ok.

I cannot recommend this winery enough. Their table wines are an excellent place to start but their fortified and sticky range is incredible. The young woman behind the bar was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the cheese platter while you sip your way through their delicious range.Avoid busy tourist filled places and pay this place a visit, you won't regret it.

If you like your dessert and stickys, you have most certainly found heaven! Their tasting flights are the perfect way to select your favourite, but you’ll struggle not taking them all home. The staff are extremely accommodating and always recommend tailored suggestions of other wineries to visit in the region based on what we are up to for the day. I sincerely could not recommend any winery more, if there were ten stars, you’d be getting them all! Thank you for your incredible wines ❤️

What beautiful wine! We stopped on a whim and have no regrets. Our picks are the Verdhelo and Zabava. Well worth a visit. The staff member on 05/01 was welcoming and helpful.

Had the best time chatting with the staff who was really knowledgeable and helpful. She went through the history of the wines and even recommended other wineries for me to visit. 5 star service and wines just as perfect!

This is one of my favourite wineries in the valley. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, and there is a truly superior selection of fortified wines available for tasting (and purchase!).

Amazing wines and fortified liqueur, this one made it all the way to Streaky Bay in South Australia,.I should have bought more than 1 bottle
