Bought Roca washbasin a year ago and still under warranty. Reported hairline crack and told it was due to thermal stress. I thought washbasins could handle hot water, not boiling water, of course. I asked for further explanation, but never heard again from Jessica Harris.

Great with sales, not so much with returns. I tried to return a faulty sink mixer and they told me the faulty mixer has to be reinstalled and I need to provide the plumber's details so it can be logged in" the system before it can be replaced. This was confirmed by a manager there.It didn't sound right

Went to this store to purchase S shaped plumbing pipe stuff (I do have Power Pass from Bunnings but no account with Reece). I did show them the old pipe and asked if they have the same in stock. I was asked by the stuff to stand outside and call their number and describe my problem over the phone. So I did. Then the gentleman by the name Dave during our phone conversation told me that I need a professional help and suggested that I book a plumber. Horrible experience, rude and offensive with prices higher than among their counterparts.
