The sales service for MG and Suzuki is great. Hyundai and Kia sales leaves a lot to be desired and you're better off looking on the websites- in fact they only seem interested in your if you are ready to hand over cash on the spot. Avoid weekends as the number of staff compared to clients means that you will have to wait for quite a while for service - particularly if people are there putting down money or picking up vehicles.

Arrogance and rudeness come to mind... I decided that it was time to start looking for a new car... The name Hyundai and Kia was front of mind because of excellent reviews I've seen and read. I was wanting to look and feel both products. At Hyundai & Kia nothing to sit in and nothing test drive... Kia was a little better with their approach. I crossed the road to Toyota.... totally different.. a warm and friendly reception along with a coffee and cars to feel and drive.... Did a test drive in the Corolla Cross... Guess which one I'm going to buy... Shame

I recently purchased my very first car here, and was really happy to work with El-J as he ensured the entire process was incredibly smooth. I work at a dealership myself (not Holden) and see people spend hours with salesmen, but I was happy to have been able to sort out an agreement plus paperwork in under an hour (including a test drive). The car was in perfect condition come delivery, and had a near-full tank of fuel which I really appreciated. I’m obviously hoping this car lasts me the next decade, but I’d happily do business here again come time for my next car. Thank you to both El-J and Louis for a very happy experience.

Bought our MG ZST Essence 2 weeks ago. The staff were friendly and courteous, willing to listen to our needs and negotiated a price with which we were happy. The whole purchase experience was enjoyable and the subsequent communication was prompt. The new car delivery was punctual, the sale rep Arun patiently explained how to use all the functions of the car especially the setting of the safety features and Bluetooth connection with the phone.The MG ZST was a nice small SUV with affordable price at lower $30k, it packed with all the safety features found in more expensive brands such as 360 degree cameras and radar, active emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, and lane keep assist, etc. It has luxury features such as a 10 inch multifunction colour touch display with GPS, keyless entry, heated seats, and a huge panoramic sun roof, etc. The one I like best was 5 USB ports one next to the rear view mirror to power my dashcam. It also came with a 7 year warranty and roadside assistance.I would highly recommend this car dealership and my new MG ZST.

Took my car here to get serviced. Drop off was easy, staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, and the waiting area was comfortable and stocked with coffee, newspapers and a TV. There is also a vending machine with snacks. Staff were able to diagnose and solve the car fault within a few hours and I had the car back at the end of the day. My only word of advice is that if you need to use the courtesy shuttle provided, ensure you book it when you schedule your service or that may not be able to accommodate you.
