Used these guys b4 and no probs so when one of our openers failed i contacted them. Came and assessed/quoted in a timely manner and on time. Set a date and again, their installer arrived on time. Both openers were replaced and all good.One day unbeknowns to me, i left something in the way of one of the doors. All good you'd think as the door is supposed to reverse as soon as it detects an obstacle. Not in my case. The door kept trying to close and it was only when i heard the motor still working that i manually stopped and reversed the door. It was only a few seconds but the damage was done. The top panel of my door was buckled and when it raised it was scratched on the house's brickwork.I reported this to BHD's. The same installer came out again in about 4 weeks, the earliest appointment they claimed. Anyway, opener was reset(?) and he manipulted(bent?) the door panel so it would shut without scraping etc.I mentioned the damage and was told that it'd be reported to the office.Maybe he did and maybe he didnt. At least 6 months later and no contact from BHD's whatsoever. So I'm the proud owner of a damaged door thanks to their incompetance.I was prompted to write this review when i saw their installer at a neighbour's house....wonder how long b4 their door is damaged?Due to BHD's lack of care/after sales service I won't use nor recommend them again.

Our total experience with Baulkham Hills Doors has been excellent!From the initial measure with Paul, to the meeting with Mick where we discussed the options & costs and finally the installation.Their Dural showroom has a great range of door options to view which made choosing the style and colour less daunting.Mick is the expert in all things garage doors and could answer any question we had.The installation boys were efficient, friendly and removed the old doors and any rubbish.We would definitely recommend Baulkham Hills Doors to everyone.

I required the replacement of two old Merlin door motors. The tradesman (Kevin) arrived at the nominated time and completed the job professionally at the agreed price. All the old parts were taken away. Good job done.

poor service, game not installing security locks contrary to bnd recommendations and actual warranty, although replaced a bnd door this one will be sent to scrap and a proper door replace it.Excuse claimed motor may damage, if your motor is defective, it will kill a child, trap a human under it if the stall sensor does not work. Clutch install defective as well.

I ordered an opener for my old door.Everything was easy and hassled free from scheduling until installation.Installation was quick, and the installer helped with the other door, which had some issues.Overall very satisfied with the service and price.

Excellent, prompt and courteous service. My old tilt-door was damaged and unserviceable, and needed replacement. My request for a quote for a new rollerdoor was answered promptly, and I received a competitive quote the following day. Being told timeline for delivery and installation was usually 2-3weeks, I explained that the old door was in dangerous condition, therefore urgent. Mick, the manager promised to try and hasten the process. My door was delivered and installed a week and a half later.I'm very happy to recommend this company.

Great service by Mick and the team, would thoroughly reccomend.A couple of weeks after installation of the new door, it was accidentally damaged after a few late nights returning from hospital. However Mick and the guys helped out and got it repaired quickly.

Zero customer service, the guy who installed garage door opener just had no customer service and no quality checks after installation. When asked, all he said just read the manual, and when asked few more things regarding garage door opener procedures, he said, nothing else to know other than just pay this invoice (pointing to invoice sitting on the bench). Worst still, while the guy still sitting inside his ute, I tried to close and open the garage door, and he forgot to put a pin on the hook of the garage opener. This is something he should have checked compeletely and when his apprentice tried to open the garage door from the outside obviously it was hitting the hook and I had to scream telling him to stop as it might cause a damage to the hook itself. Very unprofessional, no quality checks after installation, zero customer service. Mess after job finishes such as sawdust from drilling also left unattended. Will not use them again for sure.Response from owner below saying the questions were more about administrative such as warranty etc. I can assure you, THEY WERE NOT. Questions asked more about operational/procedural which normal questions anyone who receives a service to ask, in which the installer ignored (to think of it, the way he treated customer in this case was me was appaling, he shut all my questions as if they do not matter, what kind of employee is that?)
