The order we placed through drive-thru was taken by a kid who doesn't listen. We repeated it so many times..eventually getting it right on the screen however between driving between the speaker and the window, our order changed and the large meal we ordered was changed to a regular and when we asked the kid at the window to fix it...he argued with us.. telling us we gave you a regular sized meal". Told him a few times and he still insisted that we were given a regular meal.. ok but we WANTED a large meal?.In any event what we were eventually given was basically thrown at us through the window. We order RR pretty regularly and unfortunately it's becoming quite the reoccurring event that the orders are just wrong and the kids in there just don't care."

Ordered a burger box, opened my meal to eat it and when I did, I come to realise that my burgers and rolls were cold and not just the bun, the chicken was cold. I walked in and explained how the food was cold, they said they would fix it. They went back to the kitchen and started complaining in front of me. I said if you don’t believe me, open it up and feel it. They then argue that it can’t be cold that it sits in a warmer and then said that they can remake it but they don’t know if it would be much more different. I said well if thats the case, I don’t want to be eating cold chicken or cold burgers. They kept arguing with me, so I asked for a refund and explained that I don’t want to be eating cold chicken. Then the manager helped me with a refund and helped to stop the kids arguing with me was very displeased with the service I received.

The staff are polite.That's about the only good thing I have to say.Food has repeatedly been cold, and chip servings were only half their size.Underwhelming, and under delivered.

I Wish Zero stars was an option. This Red Rooster is simply a joke. Quite rude to customers and they treat their employees so badly. Avoid this business. Very surprised it is still running Surely it won’t be for much longer at this rate. Such a shame.

One of the most incompetent and slowest drive thru I have been too. Arrived at speaker box to be told one moment, still sitting there for 6 minutes so I said hello three times with no reply so drove around to wait a further 30 minutes to even order at the window, followed by a longer delay and when I got the order it was cold and incorrect. I went there aged 30 and left aged 70 with how slow and pathetic their service is.

We ordered our drive through meals ,waited about 15 mins with only one car in front of us . Finally arrived , went home and the order was nothing like we ordered . I rang the store Lake Haven and was told , drive back and we will give you an upgrade on the chips . I declined their less than generous offer and said the correct order should be delivered to us , not us driving arond to them . I was told “we have sold all of our cars “ so we cant help. Disguisting service and typical don’t care attitude. Avoid this Red Rooster at all cost . If you care heD office put some adults in charge of the children and your service and reputation may improve

My partner and I were very regular customers at Red rooster lake haven but we now go to Wyong as the chips are very good at lake haven they looked as though they had been reheated at least twice to three times they have lost a good customer I will not go back there I do not blame staff I blame manager and owner

Went to red rooster drive through at lake haven tonight. Service was fast and didn’t wait too long in waiting bay for my meal which was THE best fried chicken ever!!!! You guys have finally nailed a recipe of your own and with the signature succulent and flavoursome chicken inside my family is hooked. We enjoyed everything in the pack it was all well cooked and seasoned and fresh.

The food here is lovely and hot but it has a small wait for food even if you're the only person there as most the staff seem to be deep in conversation with eachother while working making distractions, if you're not in a hurry I'd 100% suggest dropping by and getting a quick meal the burgers are to die for!
