I have been dealing with 3Metals for over 20 months and I have nothing but praise for them. Their lead time and cost on components is excellent. I mainly deal with Brooke and she is always willing to help and will go the extra mile to ensure that our orders are always with us on time.

The most useless staff you will ever deal with. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. If I could rate with no stars I would. Mitch is the most useless of them all. Sends the 1st order to wrong address, luckily the mailman recognised our business name & bought it over. Then open it to find only one badge when we ordered 25 as a sample (would have been making orders of 200 at a time had they been any good). Then don't receive the other 24 badges for weeks and weeks. 3 of the badges weren't cut out properly and weren't usable. Order again to give them another chance at our business & what they say will be 4-5 days + postage turns out to be about 16 days & not even cut yet let alone sent when three phone calls to the business savvy bloke Mitch was assuring me they're being sent today". Do everyone else a favour Mitch & just resign. Please."

Always have been easy to work with, one of the only plate processors in Brisbane area that are actually thorough.

Always a pleasure to deal with the team at 3 Metals. I've had quite a few random orders that they've been very accommodating with, and always happy to help with small changes and advice where needed.Definitely will be my go to in the future.

Great fast reliable local fabricator. Price for prototyping is perfect and volume manufacturing prices an absolute bargain considering the quality and service. Thank you for all your help and support when everyone looked to make a quick buck. Highly recommended.Will return

It took them over a year to do a small job for my Veterans with PTSD project. After waiting months to get it done I drove there only to find out the had thrown out the plans. No phone call. Nothing. Then I went back in February still not done. Went back again only half done. No apologies. Picked it a last months and the charged me $190 only to find when I got it home the slackarse that welded it only did all 4 welds on one side. See photos. Useless.

I have had several dealings with 3 Metals and they have proven to be an exceptional company.There product design is fantastic and the end products where of a very high standard.I made a couple of changes to the products and it was never a problem.They have been very accommodating.

Absolutely hated my experience working with 3metals, they don't treat their staff kindly, fairly or nicely, sales team is alright but not immaculate by any means. If I could give negative 5 stars I absolutely would.

I've been working with 3 metals for 4 years now and just love these guys!Mainly work with Mitch who is super helpful. There turn around time on parts and quotes is pretty good. They are almost spot on with there delivery days every time. Sometimes even faster!Highly recommend! Fantastic priced and quality.
