So happy the cashier went out of her way to help me, even going online to match the store price with their online price. She listened to my issue with my dogs and suggested ways for me to treat my dogs and save money. Very happy and so are my fur babies. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing customer service, my first time being a dog owner, I have a small puppy and didn’t know what I was doing. Toby the store manager helped out so much, and gave me a lot of tips and advice on how to take care and feed my puppy.

Awesome service from Damian today. Really knows his stuff. He gave me so much advice about my chihuahua puppies, integrating them with my son, nutrition and harnesses. He was super helpful. Will be back soon to purchase more from him.

A bit on the expensive side but wonderful staff and so helpful. Good variety of items and overall an exciting visit. I really enjoyed getting all that was needed for our new puppy.

This afternoon I went to Petbarn Lawnton to buy some more food for my puppy cavoodle.. who isn’t the best when walking on the lead. A very kind worker pointed out a few tips and kindly offered to explain and demonstrate how a slip lead works in the middle of the store. After doing further research on how to use the lead I took my dog for a short walk with it and the changes are instant. Extremely thankful for your kindness and education.

Very friendly and knowledgeable service. This store generally has all my canine needs. I appreciate being able to wash my dog on the premises in conditions which don’t hurt my back! The store’s opening hours are convenient and to top it off, as a member (membership is free) I sometimes get special prices - I received a frequent feeder discount this time on my dog’s food purchase.

Attended Puppy school. Curriculum and value was good. Small reception area used for puppy school was not really adequate for number of dogs and people. Would really have liked to have receive the graduation photos that were taken but didn’t receive any even after calling
