Enjoyed the brighten me up facial at Ella Bache Whitfords for my birthday. I wanted to add on some microdermabrasion which I hadn't booked in and they were happy to accommodate that request for me. The beauty therapist I had was very informative.Highly recommended

I always get my wax done here, the girls are very nice and gentle. The place has a very relaxing atmosphere, everything is spotless. I got a facial done the other day and it was the best one I have ever had, I’m definitely coming back! They have packages as well so it’s a reasonable price for such a good quality service.Ps. I would recommend to book in advance.

Cheapest place to get eyebrow wax, tint and eyelash tint. Never had a bad experience here and all of the staff are super friendly and don't try to up-sell you their products. I won't go anywhere else for my beauty needs.

Usually when I go to Ella Bache in Whitfords, I have a great experience and they do a wonderful job on my brows. However, today I went and was served by Tayla who did a horrible job. I asked for thick brows, and she made them thin. I asked for a small arch, she gave me a huge arch. Overall, I look like an egg and she barely looked at me. She was rude and dismissive and she got my hair caught in the wax and was extremely rough. Overall, I'm not impressed. Whether she is new or not, she needs training in customer service and in eyebrow shaping.

Absolutley love visiting the girls at Ella Bache Whitfords. They are all so welcoming, everytime I visit. One of the best salons for lash and brow treatments too, wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommended!!

Felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as I walked in the door, Amazing service 10/10 would recommend, I had a young girl annika that did my waxing was very gentle, quick, friendly, very easy to get along with and professional. Overall the salon is very hygienic and staff made me feel welcome will definitely be coming back.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Called up on 10 May in the afternoon, didn’t get the girl’s name but she was so lovely! I called to purchase a voucher for Mother’s Day despite living in QLD and she went above and beyond to arrange this for me in time for Mother’s Day. Thank you so much!
