Squires Loft Diamond Creek
Went to Sqires Loft midweek, not too crowded, great welcoming by staff, service thought our meal was outstanding. Entree of pork ribs amazing, main course T-Bone and baked potato with a mushroom sauce, wow so tender to eat and cooked to perfection. It is expensive to a pub meal but you pay a premium for 5 star.. great addition to the Northern Suburbs.

I feel for this newish restaurant as it is clear from the sign out the front they need staff. The food took well over an hour to come out and restaurant wasn't full. I order a scotch fillet which came with chips $46. I requested medium with no basting of their sauce and it came out more well done and dry. My friend ordered the same cut but medium to rare with basting and his was moist but well done. If you want a sauce it is an extra $5. No mustards where offered if you didn't want any of the sauces. I hope they find staff for the kitchen to improve getting the food out quicker as think this was main reason for the delay and not getting the meat right.

Squires Loft Diamond Creek
We are Traffic controllers working nightshift at the Diamond Creek level crossing, we are over the same takeaway and wanted steaks! Squires Loft in Diamond creek were amazing the staff were so polite and accommodating, the steaks were perfect and when we brought them back to site they were still hot and juicy. Thank you so much definitely hit the spot!

Squires Loft Diamond Creek
Lovely dinner at Squire's Loft tonight. We shared the saganaki to start with, it was delicious. We had an eye fillet with mushroom sauce and a reef and beef eye fillet for mains. Both were very, very good. The service was attentive. Great range on the drinks menu as well. We will be back for sure.

Great night out for my birthday, Jacinta was our waitress and she was lovely, funny and attentive. Steaks were delicious, 5 out of 6 of our meals were cooked to perfection, only one was undercooked when asked for medium but the manager offered to cook it more for us. They sung us happy birthday and gave us a brownie and ice-cream which was lovely! Will go back for sure

Food was DELICIOUS!!! Especially the mushroom sauce, yum! Staff were very kind and attentive, orders taken straight away and complimentary food given due to the long wait for our meals. We did wait 1 hour and 15 minutes and that was with an 8pm booking so a little dissapointed BUT it is December so busy time of year & they might have been short staffed as they had a staff wanted sign at the front of the restaurant. 4 star instead of 5 is because of the wait & my steak was medium rare, some parts rare when I ordered it medium. I'll be back though!!

Ok look,it's a nice atmosphere,open air breeze,service was ok steaks for main were cooked to our taste and the ribs were delicious. Overall a good experience but to get 5 stars a little work with customer service would help but under the current situation I totally understand the staffing problems. I'd go back there.

Just a little advertising for the best restaurant I've been too in along time.If you like a steak, this is the place to go, cooked to A1 meat lovers standards, just melts in your mouth.Great menu from entrees, mains and desserts, awesome drink menu, wide range of wines, and the best service, especially from our Waiter 'Steve', we will definitely be going back.If you know Dimo, it's the old fire brigade building, classy and affordable, and people who know what hospitality is all about.Try it, it's a must!!!!

the service was excellent and so was the overall vibe. the staff were so attentive and lovely. however, was not impressed by the food. the steak was okay but we nicely sent it back twice because it was undercooked compared to what we ordered and it came back still not cooked enough. the veg was also very undercooked. i didn’t enjoy it. however, the people next to us really seemed to enjoy it and the owner and manager were really lovely about it!it’s quite new so i think it has potential but we didn’t have a great experience. will try again another time. don’t be discouraged

My family enjoyed our meals last night at Squires - so great having a great steak restaurant close to home. The service was exceptional - staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Food was amazing - all steak cooked to our liking. Great atmosphere - heaps of room. We will definitely be back!
