This guy is the rudest and most inefficient person in business.BUT most importantly, THIS IS WHAT REALLY HAPPENED. I called him. I explained the problem with my toilet (not leaking at all). I then asked for timings about availability to assess the problem and related costs. I added that, if asked, I could have sent pictures of whatever email or cell number he desired. His response was very succinct (yea go check the semantics of this word word, dear Professor Billy) and beyond rude: I dont do quotes. You wasting my time!". At that point

Bill was quick to respond when I accidentally put a screw through a copper pipe. Bill came fast and fixed the problem. Bill was friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and easy to deal with. I will be using Bill again and will recommend him to anyone I know in and around the Annerley area.
