Unfortunately suffered a power outage due to hail storm, but the staff were doing their greatest to serve everyone in need and everything was still as smooth as normal operation, if not a little in the dark.

The mature dark-haired lady on checkouts was snappy (the checkouts were busy and she was called over the PA system to come to checkouts)........it was my intent to buy shopping bags, she assumed, without asking if I need bags, that i don't need them. Just a grumbly person, not good for the face of the store!Normally, the first thing a checkout operator would say is,'Do you require bags today?' Isn't it? Mmmmm.... I'm not happy this visit at Crystal Brook Foodland

Excellent customer service and the staff are very friendly who are more than happy to go the extra mile to help their customers.A majority of the prices and specials are very competitive in line with other supermarkets.A very popular country supermarket that is well supported not just by the locals but by tourists and the extended communities surround Crystal Brook, including those who come from Pirie because they don't like the big supermarkets.
