Requested disconnection two months ago after months of unreliable service. I'm in a no lock in plan. They have kept charging me for periods subsequent to my request and after two months of back and forth with their support team, my request being promoted to management and my plan somehow still active today I'm now looking to contact the ombudsman as it seems nobody can help me with such a simple request. They also refuse to delete my payment details and don't have any (at least obvious) way to delete on their website without replacing with new payment details. It's good when it's good, but when it's bad... it's VERY bad! Stay clear.

I've asked to have my service disconnected twice now and am still being charged after they Confirmed" there would be no more bills.I just spend an hour and a half on hold to get through only to be hung up on as soon as I got through!Absolutely shocking service."

I don't know what's happened to this company. They were brilliant, then all of a sudden this year they have completely changed. No longer responding to support emails, their phone queues are 30+ callers no matter when you call (so you effectively can't contact them), then they tell you they are charging you more even though you have agreements in place already. Extremely dissatisfied and going with another provider. As per other reviews AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!

The company is currently migrating from ISP Harbour to Unit Group, and If you are an NBN client, it is important to note that you were transferred to Aussie Broadband as a client.- I'm being billed for a service that should be on hold due to address relocation.- There are issues with the client portal access due to migration problems between the companies.- I've spent several hours on hold waiting to speak to support, but when I finally get through, I keep getting transferred back and forth without any resolution to my problem.

I have been trying to cancel our internet service for 5 days and all I have been getting is phone calls and emails offering new deals, even after I tell every single person that we have moved to another provider. I just want confirmation of my cancellation!Also, we have had the worst time with them, paying for top speeds and lucky to get the lowest speed imaginable, with constant drop outs.

Have been with harbour ISP for 3 years now... had to use there customer service for the first time in these 3 years and the support was amazing.Though you have to wait a little longer to get connected to them.But the problem was solved on the phone and details clarified.

Do not use this company. No integrity. No customer service. They hang up on you and don't return calls. You send emails to their support and they do not respond. We have now had no internet for 10 days. I called on 17 June and they said it was a router issue. A new router was received 5 days ago. We couldn’t get it to work so I called again the next day. I was on the phone to the technician for a long time and he finally said it was a back end problem and it would be fixed within a few hours but definitely sooner than 24 hours.It is still not working 3 days later, so again I have been on hold for another hour this morning. I Finally got through to someone who put me on hold without telling me how long she would be and now I have been disconnected.No again I have been on hold for over an hour with no response.This is outrageous and pathetic customer service. Not to mention it is costing us money as we cannot work, watch digital tv etc. Can't wait for the contract to end so we can get of them!

Jesse was fantastic. Clear, concise and knowledgeable. Patient and understanding 5 star rating for him.However, Wait time was 60 minutes, then I was cut off and lost my position in the queue.Called back, 37 mins, cut off again...Finally got through after another 32min wait. Perhaps have a call back option? Or a queue reference number to quote if disconnected?Food for thought
